plaster, one iron vent, one iron sewing machine pedal, hanging wire, lights
Site-driven installation in an old bakery at the site of 645 S Grant Street in German Village, Columbus, Ohio. This collaboration with Candace Black-Housh, considers the role of light in the defining of space. A selection of the room was plastered to reflect the light that was projected from above. Two locally-sourced iron vent covers were used to define and capture the light which was cast into pattern on the plastered surface.
